Jane Doty, M.A.

Jane received her Master’s degree in counseling/psychology from George Fox University in 1997. Since that time she has worked as a crisis counselor for runaway youth and their families, with community correction’s clients in mandated treatment programs, with individuals and families affected by abuse and as an adoption counselor. She is trained in Prepare/Enrich, MRT, Abuse Recovery and Motivational Interviewing,. She has had additional training in parenting, anger management, batterer’s intervention, biblical counseling, pastoral care, and premarital counseling.

Jane has worked both in private practice and with agencies doing individual and group counseling. Her group work has included parenting classes, abuse recovery classes and Moral Reconation Therapy which addresses criminal thinking.

Jane's primary focus is encouraging and coaching individuals, couples and groups towards healthy and fulfilling lifestyles in a therapeutic environment.
